Have your say on sustainability - Alana, age 12 - Eurostar / YPTE Competition winner

The Young People's Trust for the Environment and Eurostar ran a video competition to encourage young people aged 10-18 to talk about environmental issues that really mattered to them in a short video. We had some brilliant entries and are able to show you the videos created by the five winners. These young environmentalists won a trip to the European Parliament in Brussels (by Eurostar of course!) to share their ideas with MEPs and to talk to them about what the European Parliament is doing to help the environment. Mercy Johnson bizarrely loses one hand

Mercy Johnson seldom makes news without a bit of controversy or sensation and this time wasn't any different. The actress has been in full cruise control since her marriage and a new photo scary recently surfaced from a movie set she currently is on. I the photo, Mercy appears to have lost one of her hands in a rather bizarrely manner and seems almost speechless in enduring pain. A Nollywood continues to progress and the art of movie making increases with the adoption of new styles and techniques synonymous to their counterpart in Hollywood, the sky can only be the limit.
