The "What Makes You Beautiful" hit makers were rumored to have signed on to take part in a new comedy show for Nickelodeon, but the boys say the show is a no g, despite Nickelodeon confirming the project via Twitter. Band member Louis Tomlinson recently told the British radio show "In Demand with Alex James," " I think there must have been some misunderstanding...We are doing the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards, but As far as a TV show goes we haven't sat down and had that conversation and to be honest, it it was up to me personally, I just want to focus on the music for now." With their quick rise to stardom since appearing on the "X Factor," I doubt the new stars have the time to appear on any shows at the moment anyways. The boys have taken the US charts by storm, ! making history this week when their debut album "Up All Night" topped the charts at No. 1.
